FAQ
Is there an AirBnB on the property?
Yes! Please find the link here. It is attached to our 2-story farmhouse (similar to a duplex), and offers a private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

Are chairs and tables included in the rental?
Yes, we have 20 round 60" tables (which seat 8 people comfortably) and 240 white resin padded folding chairs. We also have three 6' folding tables for buffet tables.

What if we want chairs set up at both the ceremony site and the reception barn?
If your guest count is 120 or less, we can set up for both. If your guest count is over 120, we can set up to 150 chairs at the pond ceremony site and the remaining chairs inside the barn. Once the ceremony concludes, you can: a) enlist some guests to move the needed chairs to the barn, or b) our staff can move the required chairs for $1.50 per chair.

Are linens included?
No, we do not provide linens. For the 60" rounds, linen size is 120". For 6' buffet tables, linen size is 90"x132" for floor-length.

Garbage?
Our staff will take care of emptying garbage cans throughout the event. A dumpster is also provided.

Arbor?
We are in the process of building a wooden rectangular arbor at the pond. You are welcome to decorate it as you like.

Do you require insurance?
Yes, we require that you purchase Special Event Liability Insurance for the day of the event (minimum coverage of $1,000,000) as well as Host Liquor Liability if liquor/ wine/ beer is served. This can be purchased from: www.wedsafe.com or www.wedsure.com or your personal insurance agent. Noble Fox Farm will need to be named as “Additional Insured” on this policy and we will need a copy of this insurance at least 30 days prior to your event.

Do you require a licensed bartender?
Yes! You must hire a licensed bartender if serving beer, wine or alcohol. If you are serving liquor, Noble Fox Farm requires a Limited Special Occasion Permit to be purchased by the client https://aps.abc.nc.gov/PermitType
If only serving beer and wine, LSO Permit is not required.

Can we host a rehearsal dinner at Noble Fox Farm Friday night?
Rehearsal Dinner Add-on: For Saturday weddings, clients can pay additional $500 to use the venue for rehearsal dinner the Friday night before the wedding from 4-9pm.

Do you require a Day-Of Planner?
Yes we do. In order to ensure that your day runs smoothly and all guidelines are followed, we require that you engage the services of a Day-of-Coordinator, who will be the point person for communication with all vendors on the day of your event.

Flower + Decoration Rules
No nails, screws, or any adhesive to the walls or floors.
We do not allow silly string, fireworks, rice, birdseed, confetti, GLITTER, or faux snow.
No metal or paper confetti, paper lanterns, or artificial flower petals.
Dry ice machines are allowed inside the venue, however smoke machines are prohibited.
Cold Sparklers only allowed outside, at least 15ft away from the venue.
Sparkler send-offs must be directed by Noble Fox Farm staff. Client will provide 36'’ sparklers to the venue owners the morning of the wedding, & we will take care of the rest!
All candles must be floating in water or battery operated. No taper candles allowed.
